National Art And Craft After-School Enrichment Programme
The National Art and Craft After-School Enrichment Programme is designed to foster an appreciation of arts and crafts as part of the defining characteristics of our culture, to nurture and develop indigenous talent at the high school level and to provide opportunities to showcase the work of young Bahamian artists and craftsmen.
Renowned Bahamian artist, Mr. Max Taylor spearheads the programme, which has wide appeal among high school students from government and private schools. Mr. Taylor is assisted by Mr. Timothy Nottage and Mrs. Elizabeth Darling and they describe the students as being exceptionally talented and capable of impacting the internationalart scene.
